Los Angeles Traffic Court Judge Jennifer Davis has convicted a pornstar on a trafficking charge, a move that came as a surprise to the porn star’s supporters.
According to a statement from Davis, the court heard that the defendant, who went by the name “Naughty” in court, was involved in several undercover investigations.
She testified that Naughty would purchase counterfeit traffic signs and then resell them on eBay and Craigslist.
Naughty is a convicted sex offender, Davis said, and the pornstar is in the process of having her sex offender registry revoked.
In June, Davis ordered the defendant’s sex offender status revoked, as well.
The porn star pleaded guilty to one count of trafficking in traffic signs.
According a press release from Davis’s office, the porn actress received a suspended sentence of 12 months to three years.
Davis will release the porn actor’s records and ordered that the sex offender registration be revoked for 10 years.
The LA Times reported that Davis also ordered that Nicks pornstar will pay a $5,000 fine.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office said that the porn Star’s trial date has not yet been set, but Davis told reporters that she anticipates her hearing to begin sometime in the next few weeks.
The judge has ordered the porn-star to register as a sex offender for five years and ordered her to complete sex offender counseling, according to the Los Angeles Times.
