On Sunday morning, as the morning commute got underway, a truck pulled into the parking lot of the University of Texas at Arlington campus and then stopped.
The truck was carrying two white vans that had a license plate of 2D3D.
It was a sign that one of the two vans was a convoy of cars headed north from Houston on Interstate 10 to Dallas.
Traffic signs mean you can expect to see hundreds of cars, and it’s a sign of how much traffic is being generated along the highway.

The convoy of vans headed east from Houston to Dallas was spotted on Sunday by some motorists on the interstate.

The Texas Department of Transportation said it did not know where the vehicles were heading and it was not possible to track them down.
The van was pulled over at a stoplight by the Austin Police Department.
There were no injuries, and there was no disruption to the interstate highway.
