Klamans traffic was down this morning, with the county’s roads closed, as traffic was diverted due to heavy rains.
The Klamaths water main broke this morning and there were no reports of anyone injured, the Klams Department of Transportation said.
There are two road closures on the Kammens highway that were reported.
A separate closure was reported near the Highway 6/3 interchange.
The first was for an “invalid” lane on the highway and the second was a “temporary” lane that was used for traffic flow to and from the Klemans Klamins office, the department said.
It is unknown how many vehicles were impacted.
The county’s water main is a major artery, and the area is known for its heavy rains, the Department of Public Works said.
